Art Space Jomas 86|ORBITART
A new cultural model connecting artists with the world through physical and digital space.
Founded in 2024 by artist and curator Irina Samarina, the project brings together a gallery in Jūrmala and the ORBITART digital platform.

Art Space Jomas 86 & ORBITART is an international cultural project created in 2024 by artist and curator Irina Samarina.
The project is developed by Baltijas ģimenes asociācija, a Latvian non-profit organization established in 2013.
It brings together a physical art gallery in Jūrmala and the ORBITART digital platform, creating one ecosystem for artist support and cultural exchange.

Our mission is to support artists, develop culture in Latvia and build sustainable international creative exchange.
We are creating a path from the artist's studio to exhibitions and audiences, while giving viewers access to art, knowledge and cultural dialogue.
As a non-profit project, we operate transparently: all project income supports the platform, exhibition programmes and project participants.

Irina Samarina
The project's inspiration, creator and full rights holder
Creator of the Art Space Jomas 86 & ORBITART project and founder of the non-profit organization Baltijas ģimenes asociācija in 2013.
She leads the project's concept, strategic development, curatorial direction, international partnerships and communications.
